Its late night television advertisements offered discipline and self-transformation without the inconvenience of getting out of the house. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bowflex.com\/?srsltid=AfmBOopaDHo28eIUV2p4y5Xf2_xYjBwrrHRz70gLFLkoowR2dkN9dKHO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">BowFlex<\/a> had long since linked personal aspiration to exercise way before the term connected fitness entered the vocabulary of investors and tech companies.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However by 2023, the company was not so lucky. The revenues declined continuously, the supply chains slowed down, and the market became overcrowded with the devices that were filled with algorithms and the subscription-based coaching. The trend which BowFlex had so innocently opened the door to now passed it by.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By March 2024, it was inevitable that it would <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/markets\/deals\/bowflex-files-bankruptcy-with-375-mln-buyout-offer-2024-03-05\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">run out of money<\/a> as the losses continued to accumulate and trust was lost. Then Johnson Health Tech moved in April. The acquisition was done in a discreet manner, without any boastful announcements and protracted statements.
