These legal challenges don\u2019t just affect the company\u2019s operations \u2014 they also cast a shadow over its native token, BNB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past few years, Binance has been the subject of investigations and warnings from financial watchdogs in the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, and several European countries.
