Specialists warn of <a href=\"https:\/\/quantumzeitgeist.com\/quantum-skills-gap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">a severe shortage of trained people<\/a>, particularly in quantum algorithms, error correction, and system control. UK\u2019s National Quantum Strategy names the skills gap as a major threat. Infrastructure is an obstacle of equal weight. Quantum devices demand near-absolute-zero temperatures, flawless power, advanced computing setups, and fast, stable connections. For India to become a force in this sphere, its plans must do more than match foreign standards; they must create an enduring base of talent, solid infrastructure, and clear, lasting policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Final_Words\"><\/span><strong>Final Words<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>India has ambitious plans in the quantum sector. As the country dreams about 1,000-qubit computers by 2031, the sobering reality is finding enough quantum physicists who can figure out what those qubits are up to, which is a task that makes finding a needle in a haystack seem like childs play. The Quantum Valley Tech Park is an ambitious project, but it will only work out in case India can overcome the two challenges of the lack of talent and infrastructural requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is all very well to construct machinery that needs temperatures lower than those of outer space; it is quite another thing to get people who will not freeze when working on it.
